EMMETT Technique Workshop. This is a one day introductory workshop created by Ross Emmett so that everyone would have the opportunity to use some of his work to help themselves, friends and family.
It is primarily designed for non-professionals, however, it is also an ideal low cost introduction for trained therapists to see what EMMETT is all about. The workshop contains 9 moves which have been specially selected from the EMMETT Technique Practitioner Course. The workshop is conducted over 8 hours

I am a fully qualified holistic soft tissue therapist, a professional oncology massage specialist and Emmett Practitioner. I love working with people and spent many years working in mental health and physical care, but it was my own diagnosis of Breast Cancer and Lymphoedema in 2009 which brought me on the path to holistic treatments and massage.
In 2025, I launched Sana Wellness Training, a school to teach others the skills I have learned throughout my career.
With a welcoming calm space in which to fully relax, I offer a range of holistic treatment courses for professionals and workshops for anyone who wishes to learn more for their own well-being.
